Every Estate Plan is different, but the following is a list of seven ESSENTIAL Documents that should comprise yours:
- Will
- Durable General Power of Attorney
- Durable Medical Power of Attorney
- Physician’s Directive or Living Will
- HIPAA Release
- Designation of Guardian
- Appointment of Agent to Dispose of Remains.
These are not DIY documents. You should consult with an Estate Planning Lawyer (such as us) in order to make sure that these documents are prepared and executed correctly.
