It appears that as the web proliferates, more and more people will be using the kinds of services described in this article for basic legal agreements, including wills, LLC’s, corporations, etc. I must say it is somewhat alarming since a lay person generally has no expertise in the subject matter that they are trying to save money in. Over my years in practice, I have had to extricate more people from “Do it yourself” disasters and costs that are 10 to 100 times what it would have been had it been done properly the first time. I guess it’s “Pay me now, or pay me ALOT more later!”
